By motion for summary judgment, the Alleged Debtor, Robert C. Nargassans, seeks an order pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 1011 dismissing the involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code filed against him pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303. He contends that the petitioners are not qualified to file the petition because their claims are the subject of a bona fide dispute and his liability, if any, is contingent.
