On August 17, 1995, Teletarjeta, Inc., Janice DeDonatis d/b/a Eagle Telecommunication Associates and The Phone Card People, Inc. (the “Petitioning Creditors”) filed an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 against Megatrend Telecommunications, Inc. (“Me-gatrend”).
