Trespass to try title action. Emerson Williams brought this suit against Jennie Anderson seeking title and possession of certain real property situated in the City of Dallas, Texas, basing his claim to title upon a warranty deed executed by Willie Anderson on November 15, 1957, conveying the property (subject to a life estate by grantor) to Emerson Williams, said deed being recorded in the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas.
