This is an appeal from an order of the Juvenile Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein it was found that A. A. A. (appellant), a male child, who was born on February 23, 1958, "is a child whose conduct is delinquent" in that on or about the 3rd day of August, A.D., 1974, he intentionally carried a handgun on or about his person in violation of the law.
