Gary Holy Bull was convicted following a trial by jury of sexual abuse of a minor, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2248(a). In a pretrial ruling, the district court 1 held admissible evidence of prior sexual contact with a minor, pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence 413. Holy Bull was sentenced to 87 months’ imprisonment, the low end of the Guidelines range.
