THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion for Final Summary Judgment (D.E. No. 17). Plaintiff Jose Martinez-Pinillos (“Plaintiff’ or “Martinez-Pinillos”) has filed suit against his former employer, Air Flow Filters, Inc.
