This action was brought to recover damages for the breach of a warranty made in connection with the sale of personal property. The cause was tried to the court without a jury and resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law sustaining a recovery in the sum of $441.30. From the judgment entered for this sum, the defendants appeal.
