MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

COLE, United States Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff, Charles Clevenger, alleges that the defendants, Bolingbrook Chevrolet (“Bolingbrook”), GMAC Financial Services, and Ford Motor Credit Company (“FMCC”), violated the Vehicle Information and Cost Saving Act (“Odometer Act”), 49 U.S.C. § 32701 et seq., the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act, 815 ILCS 505/2 et seq., and committed common law fraud, in connection with his purchase of an automobile.
