ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.
Fred Bauer appeals from the judgment entered by the Burleigh County Court on October 21, 1986, in which he was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of Bismarck Traffic Code, Section 35-148, following trial by jury. We affirm.
Bauer was arrested by Officer Erin Wooten of the Bismarck Police Department on April 3,1985, and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. At the police department, Bauer performed physical tests and submitted to a breath test which were videotaped.
