Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Delaware County (Becker, J.), rendered August 9, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree.
Police found methamphetamine, along with substances and equipment used to produce it, in a trailer owned by defendant’s *846girlfriend, where she and defendant resided. As a result, defendant was indicted for, and convicted of, the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. He now appeals.
