The defendant, Orseck, Orseck, Green-berg & Gaiman (“Orseck”), has moved for summary judgment to enforce a prepetition judgment lien for legal services owed by the debtor, Grossinger Associates. Various mechanics’ lienors oppose Orseck’s motion on the ground that their liens have priority over Orseck’s lien.
