I.Procedural History
Plaintiffs are or have been employed by Defendants as habilitation training specialists or habilitation training specialist supervisors. Plaintiffs worked with developmentally disabled clients of Defendants. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants failed to pay them overtime as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq., and that such failure was willful.
