The plaintiff, the Society of the New York Hospital, has brought this action for a permanent injunction, enjoining and restraining the defendants, a labor union organization called New York Building and Construction Trades Council’s Maintenance Organization, its officers, agents, members, representatives, and those acting in concert with them, from interfering with the operation of plaintiff’s hospital by causing, instigating or continuing any strike, work stoppage or action of a similar nature, from picketing in front of or in the vicinity of plaintiff’s hospital and from otherwise…
