The matter before the court (“the present proceeding”) is the objection of John J. O’Neil, Jr. (“the trustee”), Chapter 7 trustee in the bankruptcy case of Dorothy Estarellas (“the debtor”), to the debtor’s second amendment to Schedule C (“Property Claimed As Exempt”) in her petition.
