This is an appeal from a decree of the Town Council of the Town of Jamestown bounding and marking out that certain portion of Narragansett Avenue in the Town of Jamestown which extends easterly from Walcott Avenue to the sea.
On the 11th day of September, A. D. 1908, the Town Council of the Town of Jamestown entered the following decree: “That that portion of Narragansett Avenue extending from Walcott Avenue to the sea be surveyed, bounded and marked out and that Henry B.
