ANDERSON, Presiding Judge.
This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation law, (§§ 287.010-287.-800 RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S.) instituted by Glaseo Franklin, Jr., an employee of St. Louis Independent Packing Company. The claim arose out of an accident sustained by the employee which occurred December 18, 1958, on the premises of the employer. After a hearing a referee of the Division of Workmen’s Compensation entered an award in favor of claimant for permanent partial disability in the sum of $37.50 per week for 31.5 weeks, or a total of $1,181.25, based upon a finding of 15% permanent…
