This is a proceeding instituted under the Act of December 14, 1863 [1864], P. L. 1125 (68 PS §364), as supplemented by the Act of March 31, 1905, P. L. 87 (68 PS §§366-367), to obtain possession of real estate. The alderman entered judgment in favor of plaintiffs, and defendants appealed to the court of common pleas. Plaintiffs thereupon filed declaration and abstract of title, and defendants filed an answer.
