This is a petition for a writ of mandamus, brought by the petitioners against the town of Tunbridge and its selectmen. The prayer of the petition is.that the writ issue commanding the petitionees forthwith to take such action as may be required to construct and erect a bridge on a road in said town. It is before this Court on the pleadings which consist of the petition, answer, replication, reply and a motion for judgment.
