The complainants have acquired from the patentee the full and exclusive right to make, use, and sell, and vend to others to use and sell throughout the United States, the invention described in letters patent of the United States, issued to Badische Ani-lin uud Soda Fabrik, a corporation, as assignee of Heinrich Caro, lor a new and useful improvement in coloring matters produced from alpha-naphthol.
