The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct any and all further proceedings in this case, including entry of final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Plaintiff initiated this action to seek review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) 1 denying her application for disability and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) insurance benefits.
