MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, Senior District Judge.
This is an action to review the final decision of the defendant Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying the plaintiff Martha P. Vogt’s application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. The ease is ripe for decision on the parties briefs filed pursuant to D.Kan. Rule 83.7.
PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Martha Vogt first filed an application for disability benefits on December 28, 1990. The application was denied initially and was not pursued. The plaintiff filed another application on September 6, 1991.…
