Huber, Hunt & Nichols, Inc. (HH&N) and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Corporation (USF&G) appeal from a judgment, after a jury found that HH&N breached its subcontract with Dow-ney, Inc. The jury awarded Downey, Inc., $1.7 million in damages.
