This is a suit to enjoin the directors of the school township of East Biver, Page county, from changing *121the text-books used in tbe several schools thereof. The plaintiff contends that such change was not legally submitted to the electors at the annual election of March 14, 1904, while defendants assert with equal confidence that the books now in use were not legally adopted.
