The plaintiff, who is a citizen of this State, residing in the city of Columbia and county of Richland, sought by mandator}'- injunction to require defendant, a common carrier in interstate commerce, to deliver to him a certain consignment of whiskey, and also to receive, transport, and deliver to him other consignments thereof, as ordered by him.
