FOSTER, Justice.

This is an action by appellant against ap-pellee for deceit in the sale of bonds. From adverse rulings of the court plaintiff took a nonsuit, and assigns such rulings as error.

No question is presented as to the sufficiency of the complaint. Defendant filed two pleas; one was the general issue, and the other (number two) was that the cause of action is barred by the statute of limitations of one year.
