Plaintiff, Cornell Walker, brought an action at law against Berkshire Foods, Inc. (Berkshire), his employer, and against Reel Stone & Brick Company, Hanna Builders & Realty Co., Inc., Nick Hanna, individually and d/b/a Hanna Builders & Realty or Hanna Builders & Realty Co., Inc. (codefendants), for injuries sustained as a result of alleged violations of the Illinois Structural Work Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) and common law negligence.
