NAJAM, Judge.

Statement of the Case

[1] Zachery L. Lewis appeals his sentence following his convictions for two counts of battery, one as a Level 6 felony, and one as a Class A misdemeanor. Lewis presents three issues for our review, which we consolidate and restate as the following two issues:

1. Whether the two batteries constitute an episode of criminal conduct under Indiana Code Section 35-50-l-2(c).

2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion when it sentenced him.

We affirm.
