Nuss, J.:

Tina C. Williams appeals the Court of Appeals affirmation of the district court’s sentence for her identity theft con victions. She alleges the district court erroneously scored her criminal history by calculating her prior convictions for identity theft from the state of Washington as person felonies instead of nonperson felonies. Our jurisdiction is under K.S.A. 60-2102(b). We affirm.
