Plaintiffs ED Capital, LLC and ED Capital Management, LLC (collectively “ED Capital”) filed a complaint against Bloomfield Investment Resources Corp. (“Bloomfield”), Reuben Brothers Resources Group, RB Resources Limited, and Reuben Brothers Limited (collectively “Defendants”) alleging breach of contract, abuse of process, and prima facie tort claims.
