This is an appeal from an order of the judge of the district court of Caddo county, directing plaintiffs in error to assemble as a board of county commissioners of said county and revoke a license theretofore issued to one Frank Marshal for the sale of intoxicating liquors. Application was made to the board by said Marshal to sell intoxicating liquors. A remonstrance being filed, a hearing was had, and from the action of the board granting the petition, an appeal was taken to the district court.
