Plaintiff Feve Lopez sued Bank of America, N.A. and Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) in Clinton County Circuit Court, alleging violation of Michigan Compiled Laws §§ 600.3204(4)(a) and 600.3205a by Bank of America, and violation of the Fifth Amendment due process clause by Fannie Mae. On June 22, 2012, the defendants removed the case to this Court. (Dkt. No. 1.)
