SUMMARY ORDER

Muhammad Boota, a native and citizen of Pakistan, seeks review of an April 13, 2012, order of the BIA affirming the March 22, 2010, decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Sandy Horn, denying his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
