Tommy Carlton Moody appeals from his conviction for the malice murder of Rebecca Norman. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Construed to support the verdict, the evidence showed that on Monday, March 7, 1994, Norman’s relatives reported to the police that she had been missing for two days. Police, as well as her relatives and neighbors, conducted a search. On Tuesday, March 8,1994, Norman’s shoe was found near a vacant, partially-burned house.
