DISMISSAL OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE PRE-FIRE INSURERS
ACOSTA, District Judge.
Before the Court are numerous motions 1 filed by several Dupont Entities, 2 the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC) and the Dupont Entities’ Pre-fire Insurers. 3 After review and careful consideration of the matters contained therein, the Court finds that the claims against the pre-fire insurers warrant dismissal as a matter of law.
