RILEY, Circuit Judge.

The bankruptcy court denied confirmation of Tenny Shikaro Zahn’s (Zahn) Chapter 13 plan because Zahn failed to include distributions from her non-filing husband’s individual retirement account (IRA). Zahn appealed to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP). The BAP dismissed the appeal as interlocutory. Zahn then amended her plan to include the IRA distributions, and filed an objection to her own plan. Zahn’s amended plan was confirmed. Zahn then appealed the confirmation of her amended plan.
