This appeal emanates from a probate matter, settlement of a trustee’s account, but involves solely an adjective question relating to appellate practice and procedure. The Irving Trust Company, trustee under the will of Robert E. Nuese, deceased (hereinafter called the trustee), filed its first and final account (of that portion of the decedent’s estate known as the Frances B.
