These ten consolidated cases atúse from similar factual situations. The legal issue is the right of contribution between automobile insurance carriers paying Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits. In each case the person injured in an automobile accident was either the named insured or a resident relative of a named insured under a Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company (Rutgers) policy.
