This adversary proceeding concerns a dispute over the ownership of five pieces of real property: 30 Lafayette Road, and Willow Street, both in Salisbury, Massachusetts, and, 18D Zabriskie Drive, 50 Hale Street, and 216/217 Worcester Heights, all in Newburyport, Massachusetts (collectively the “Property”).
