OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
On September 29, 1997, plaintiff Lentjes Bischoff GmbH (“Bisehoff’) filed an Order to Show Cause pursuant to Rules 30, 34 and 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for expedited discovery and a preliminary injunction requiring defendant Joy Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“Joy”) to provide it with a letter of credit in the amount of $10.7 million to replace a letter of credit in the same amount set to expire on October 31, 1997. For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs motions are denied.
