Anthony Rutherford received three concurrent life sentences upon his conviction for conspiracy, possession and distribution of cocaine. 21 U.S.C. sections 846 and 841(a)(1). On appeal, he asserts several issues, only three of which we discuss here:(1) Whether the district court should have ordered disclosure of the confidential informants’ names.
