STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, E & L Rental Equipment, Inc. (E & L), appeals the trial court's verdict rendered in favor of the Appellee Plaintiff, Gregory Gifford (Gifford).

We reverse and remand with instructions.
