I. BACKGROUND

In these consolidated criminal appeals, appellants Bret Eric Rhind (“Bret”), Scott Allen Rhind (“Scott”), and Willard Harris Bradshaw (“Willard”) (jointly referred to as “defendants”) appeal their convictions and sentences imposed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. A grand jury indicted the defendants for possessing and concealing counterfeit money, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 472 and 2.
