Plaintiff Christian Hyldahl (“Plaintiff’) filed a claim of wrongful use of civil proceedings against Defendants Janet Den-linger and Endre Balazs (“Defendants”) under the Dragonetti Act, 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 8351-54, asserting that Defendants filed an allegedly “false and defamatory” arbitration action against Plaintiff with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
