{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Jermaine Kelly appeals his conviction on two counts of murder entered in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas following a jury trial.

{¶ 2} Plaintiff-Appellee is the State of Ohio.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

{¶ 3} On July 22, 2016, the Delaware County Ohio Grand Jury returned a joint indictment against co-defendants Jermaine Kelly and Reginald Conley.
