ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
ALTONAGA, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Monday, March 14, 2005, for an evidentia-ry hearing, concerning the parties’ request that the Court approve the proposed class action settlement, and the intervenors’ objections thereto. Earlier, in October 2004, the Court had given preliminary approval of a class action settlement, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(b)(3). [D.E. 153, 155].
