Plaintiff, David P. Gandelman, has filed a three-count complaint against his former employer, Aetna Ambulance Service, Inc., (“AASI”), and two of its officers and di-, rectors, alleging that they violated section 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1140, by terminating him in order to remove him from coverage under AASI’s group health insurance plans.
