Since the appeal in this case Mrs. Par-tee has departed this life, and her children have been made parties in her stead.
No one can read the pleadings and evidence and fail to be be impressed with the justness of the decree below, sustained as it is by the able opinion of the Chancellor, embodied in the Eeporter’s statement by direction of this court; and unless the decree is in conflict with some-well established and inflexible rule of Chancery law, it should be affirmed.
