HORSEY, Justice:
Alen L. Seth, Jr. appeals Superior Court’s affirmance of his conviction in the Court of Common Pleas of Driving a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, 21 Del.C. § 4177. His appeal raises two issues. The first issue is whether the Attorney General is authorized under 29 Del. C. § 2505 to appoint a part-time prosecutor employed and compensated by a private law firm to prosecute criminal cases for the State, and if so, whether such practice violates the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct.
