In this employment termination case, plaintiff Barbara Pace appeals by right the trial court order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants under MCR 2.116(0(10) (no genuine issue of material fact) on plaintiffs two claims: (1) that her employment was terminated in violation of the Whistleblowers’ Protection Act (WPA), MCL 15.361 et seq., and, alternatively, (2) that her discharge was against public policy.
