Appellant, Travel Services, Inc., now by assignment Edgewood Development LLC, appeals from the order entered in the Ven-ango County Court of Common Pleas. The order denied Appellant’s exceptions to the Proposed Schedule of Distribution submitted by the Venango County Sheriff following a Sheriffs sale of real property located in Oil City,' Pennsylvania. Appellant argues the trial court erred by holding that the Venango County Sheriffs procedure of adding realty transfer taxes to the winning bid at a Sheriffs sale does not violate 72 P.S. § 8104-C and 72 P.S. § 8107-D.…
